Criminal Law - Limited Immunity - Seeking Care or Medical Assistance for a Vulnerable Adult

Synopsis:

Providing that, notwithstanding any other law, a specified person who has permanent or temporary care or responsibility for the supervision of a vulnerable adult and who voluntarily seeks care or medical assistance for the vulnerable adult may not be charged with or prosecuted for a specified crime under specified circumstances; and providing for the termination of the Act.
