Baltimore City - Marriage License Fee - Increase - The Carole Alexander Act

Synopsis:

Requiring the Baltimore Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City to set by resolution an additional marriage license fee of up to $75; and requiring that the proceeds from the additional fee be used to fund domestic violence programs that haave 24-hour intake ability.
