Synopsis:

Requiring physicians who perform specified services in the State in specified settings to provide verification or other documentation of professional liability insurance or other specified coverage as a condition of licensure; requiring physicians licensed to practice medicine in the State to notify patients in writing and on each visit of specified information relating to professional liability insurance or coverage; etc.
