Requiring the Governor to include amounts in the annual budget for activities aimed at reducing tobacco use in Maryland; authorizing the Secretary of Budget and Management to redistribute funding appropriated for specified grants under the Statewide Academic Health Center Component of the Cancer Prevention, Education, Screening, and Treatment Program; requiring the Governor to include specified amounts in the annual budget for grants under the Statewide Academic Health Center Component for specified fiscal years; etc.
