Synopsis:

Authorizing specified individuals to purchase service credit in the Employees' Pension System; requiring individuals who choose to purchase service credit to pay to the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System a specified amount for a specified service credit; requiring specified individuals to complete claims and make payments to the Board of Trustees on or before December 31, 2010; etc.
