State Board of Dental Examiners - Written Notification of Risk of Trigeminal Neuralgia

Synopsis:

Requiring a licensed dentist to provide a patient with written notice each time the licensed dentist performs a dental procedure that has the risk of resulting in trigeminal neuralgia; authorizing a patient to submit a specified complaint to the State Board of Dental Examiners under specified circumstances; requiring the Board to investigate a specified complaint and take disciplinary action against a licensed dentist under specified circumstances; etc.
