Synopsis:

Requiring the Anne Arundel County Board of Education to establish a specified committee to develop a policy on administering office discipline referrals in the county; providing for the membership and chair of the committee; requiring the committee to develop and recommend a policy and specified guidelines regarding the administration of the office discipline referrals in the county to the county board for the county board's approval before January 1, 2011; etc.
