Private Career Schools - Definition and Regulation

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of private career school to include institutions of postsecondary education that furnish or offer to furnish programs, whether or not for a fee or tuition, that provide the knowledge and skills for individuals to engage in the practices of any business, trade, or occupation for personal or professional purposes; and requiring institutions of postsecondary education that become subject to regulation as private career schools to take specified actions on or before December 31, 2010.
