Child with a Disability - Individualized Education Program

Synopsis:

Requiring appropriate school personnel to provide a copy of specified documents relating to the development of an individualized education program for a child with a disability to the parents of the child at least 5 business days before a specified meeting, subject to an exception; requiring the documents to be in an accessible format; providing that failure to comply with the Act does not constitute a specified violation of the requirement to provide specified students with a free and appropriate public education; etc.
