Synopsis:

Altering the manner in which specified charter documents of specified business entities must be executed by authorizing specified officers, agents, and persons to sign, acknowledge, witness, and attest the documents and to verify specified matters and facts; clarifying that a corporation may provide by its charter that holders of one or more classes or series of stock have specified voting rights; etc.
