Mental Hygiene Administration - Placement of Individuals with Mental Illness - Study

Synopsis:

Requiring the Mental Hygiene Administration and the Office of the Attorney General, in consultation with interested stakeholders, to conduct a specified evaluation, make a specified report, and develop specified plans; requiring the Mental Hygiene Administration and the Office of the Attorney General to provide a specified report to the Governor and General Assembly on or before January 1, 2011; etc.
