Synopsis:

Requiring the State Department of Education, in collaboration with specified organizations and individuals, to develop and implement a specified program to provide awareness to coaches, school personnel, student-athletes, and the parents or guardians of student-athletes on the nature and risks of a concussion, the criteria for removal from and return to play, and the risks of not reporting injury and continuing to play; etc.
