Homeowner's Insurance - Coverage for Loss Caused by Discharge of Water - Study

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Insurance Administration to conduct a specified study relating to coverage for loss that is caused by or results from a discharge of water from a specified system or source; requiring the Administration to consult with specified stakeholders; requiring the Administration to report its findings and recommendations on or before December 1, 2010, to specified committees of the General Assembly; etc.
