State Retirement and Pension System - Deceased Retiree's Retirement Application - Retiree's Mental Incapacity

Synopsis:

Requiring a medical board for the State Retirement and Pension System to authenticate an application submitted by a surviving spouse of a retiree to determine mental incapacity of a retiree of the State Retirement and Pension System; authorizing a surviving spouse of a retiree to submit an application to the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System for a return of the retiree's remaining employee contributions plus interest; etc.
