Synopsis:

Establishing the Task Force to Study Erosion in Areas of Puritan Tiger Beetle Habitat; providing for the membership and duties of the Task Force; designating a chair of the Task Force; providing for the staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to report its findings and recommendations to the Governor, the Senate Education, Health, and Environmental Affairs Committee, and the House Environmental Matters Committee by December 31, 2010; and terminating the Act on December 31, 2010.
