Synopsis:

Requiring applicants for a license to practice psychology to submit to a criminal history records check; requiring applicants to submit fingerprints and specified fees to the Criminal Justice Information System Central Repository of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services under specified circumstances; requiring the Central Repository to forward specified information to the State Board of Examiners of Psychologists and to specified applicants; etc.
