State Department of Education - Personal Financial Literacy State Curriculum

Synopsis:

Requiring county boards of education to make specified certifications regarding the Personal Financial Literacy State Curriculum on or before September 1 of each year; requiring the State Department of Education to develop a process to monitor the implementation of the curriculum; and requiring the Department to report regarding monitoring and implementation to the Governor and General Assembly on or before December 1 of each year.
