Workers' Compensation - Average Weekly Wage - Compensation

Synopsis:

Authorizing an employer, an employer's insurer, or the Uninsured Employers' Fund to make a specified assertion regarding the average weekly wage of a covered employee by submitting a specified wage statement to the State Workers' Compensation Commission before a specified decision is issued by the Commission; and prohibiting an employer, an employer's insurer, or the Uninsured Employers' Fund from receiving a credit for a specified overpayment of compensation under specified circumstances.
