Synopsis:

Repealing the Maryland Economic Adjustment Financing Committee; authorizing the Secretary of Business and Economic Development, or the Secretary's designee, to approve financial assistance from the Maryland Economic Adjustment Fund; altering the permissible uses of the Fund; altering specified priorities for specified loan applicants; altering requirements for information to be included on a loan application; etc.
