Libraries - Collective Bargaining

Synopsis:

Establishing a process for collective bargaining between county library employees and library system employers; authorizing employees to perform specified acts related to collective bargaining; authorizing an exclusive representative to enforce specified collective bargaining agreement provisions; prohibiting an employer and an employer's agents from performing specified acts related to collective bargaining; etc.
