Entitled:
Education - Age of Compulsory Attendance - Exemptions

Synopsis:

Altering to 18 the age at which children are required to attend a public school regularly during the entire school year, subject to specified exceptions; making the Act contingent on the inclusion in the fiscal 2013 State budget as enacted by the General Assembly of at least $48,800,000 to implement provisions of the Act beginning in the 2012-2013 school year; etc.
