State Department of Education - Personal Financial Literacy State Curriculum

Synopsis:

Requiring each county superintendent, on or before September 1 of each year, to certify to the State Superintendent that the Personal Financial Literacy State Curriculum is being taught in the county; requiring the State Department of Education to develop a process to monitor implementation of a specified curriculum; requiring the Department to present a report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 1 of each year; etc.
