Sexual Offenders - Restrictions on Places of Residence and Entry onto Recreational Areas

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person who is required to register on a sexual offender registry for a term of life from residing within 2,000 feet of a public or nonpublic elementary or secondary school or a park or playground where children regularly gather; prohibiting a person who is required to register on a sexual offender registry from entering onto recreational areas where children regularly gather; etc.
