Criminal Procedure - Seizure and Forfeiture - Property Used in Human Trafficking

Synopsis:

Authorizing a State or local law enforcement agency to seize specified property used or intended for use in connection with a violation of the law prohibiting human trafficking; creating the Anti-Human Trafficking Fund for specified purposes; specifying property subject to forfeiture; specifying conditions to exclude property from forfeiture; authorizing the seizure of property with or without a warrant under specified circumstances; applying the Act prospectively; etc.
