Transportation - Consolidated Transportation Program - Evaluation and Selection of Proposed Capital Projects

Synopsis:

Altering the process and the criteria used for selecting capital projects to be included in the Consolidated Transportation Program; requiring that the annual Consolidated Transportation Program report include specified goals, specified criteria, and a specified statement that describes the purpose and need for each major capital project; requiring an entity that proposes a major capital project to submit a request and a specified statement justifying the project to the Secretary of Transportation; etc.
