Identity Fraud - Restitution for Credit Restoration and Satisfaction of Financial Obligations

Synopsis:

Authorizing a court to order restitution if the victim of a crime or delinquent act incurred reasonable costs, including attorney's fees, for clearing the victim's credit history or rating or in connection with a proceeding to satisfy a debt, lien, judgment, or other obligation that arose due to the crime or delinquent act; etc.
