Synopsis:

Requiring the State Department of Education to develop on or before July 1, 2012, a data collection system for students who graduate from high school in 3 years, 4 years, or 5 years; establishing that the purpose of the data collection is to provide the basis for making sound educational decisions affecting high school reform in the State; etc.
