Entitled:
Snowstorm and Related Climate Change Preparation Act

Synopsis:

Requiring, on or before December 1, 2010, the Maryland Commission on Climate Change, in cooperation with the Department of Transportation and the Maryland Emergency Management Agency, to submit a specified report to the Governor and the General Assembly on specified investments necessary for the State to respond to specified weather emergencies; requiring the report to include specified information; etc.
