Labor and Employment - User Name and Password Privacy Protection

Synopsis:

Prohibiting an employer from requiring an employee or applicant for employment to disclose user names or passwords for specified Internet sites or Web-based accounts; prohibiting an employer from taking, or threatening to take, specified disciplinary actions for an employee's refusal to disclose specified user name or password information; prohibiting an employer failing or refusing to hire an applicant for employment as a result of the applicant's refusal to disclose specified user name or password information; etc.
