Synopsis:

Establishing the Task Force to Study the Use of Telemedicine in Medically Underserved Populations and Areas; specifying the duties of the Task Force, including completing a specified cost-benefit analysis; requiring the Task Force to report findings and recommendations to the Governor and specified committees of the General Assembly on or before September 30, 2012; terminating the Act after September 30, 2012; etc.
