Public Safety - Enforcement of Federal Immigration Law by Law Enforcement Agencies

Synopsis:

Requiring each law enforcement agency in the State to enter into a memorandum of understanding to enforce federal immigration law; requiring each law enforcement agency in the State to provide training in federal immigration law to a law enforcement officer that will be performing immigration enforcement under a memorandum of understanding; and defining the terms "law enforcement agency" and "memorandum of understanding".
