State Retirement and Pension System - Vesting and Eligibility

Synopsis:

Increasing the number of years of service specified members of the State Retirement and Pension System must accrue to vest in specified retirement and pension systems of the State Retirement and Pension System from 5 years to 15 years; and altering the eligibility requirements that specified members of the State Retirement and Pension System must meet in order to qualify for a normal service retirement allowance.
