State Retirement and Pension System - Completing and Submitting an Application for Service Retirement

Synopsis:

Providing that a department head, the Secretary of State Police, or a State or county superintendent of schools may complete and submit an application for service retirement instead of disability retirement on behalf of a member of the State Retirement and Pension System who is unable to complete and submit a disability retirement application.
