Washington County - Water and Sewer Debt Reduction Fund - Conococheague Industrial Pretreatment Facility

Synopsis:

Repealing specified provisions of law relating to the Washington County Water and Sewer Debt Reduction Fund; requiring the County Commissioners of Washington County to ensure service of the debt for the Conococheague Industrial Pretreatment Facility from the Washington County general fund and revenues generated by the pretreatment facility; prohibiting the County Commissioners from using the debt service costs for the facility as a factor in the establishment or adjustment of water and sewer rates; etc.
