Synopsis:

Removing Carroll County from a list of counties that exclude members of volunteer police departments from workers' compensation coverage; and specifying that each auxiliary patrol officer of the Carroll County Sheriff's Office is a covered employee for purposes of eligibility for medical benefits under the Maryland Workers' Compensation Act while performing work assigned by the Sheriff.
