Health - Maryland Combating Childhood Obesity Grant Program

Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Combating Childhood Obesity Grant Program; establishing the Maryland Combating Childhood Obesity Fund; specifying that an exemption from the sales and use tax does not apply to snack food; requiring the Comptroller to distribute sales and use tax revenue collected from the sale of snack food in a specified manner; etc.
