Synopsis:

Requiring an abortion performed during the third trimester of pregnancy to be performed in a hospital; requiring the abortion to be certified by specified physicians to be necessary to preserve the life or health of the woman; requiring specified hospitals to arrange for the availability of a specified physician to provide a specified consultation; etc.
