Synopsis:

Requiring each State department, agency, and program to report to the Department of Human Resources on or before a specified date each year on the actual costs incurred in complying with specified provisions that require equal access to public services for individuals with limited English proficiency; requiring the Department of Human Resources to make an annual report to the General Assembly, and to post specified information on its Web site; etc.
