State Personnel - Collective Bargaining - Payment of Service Fees

Synopsis:

Prohibiting collective bargaining for State employees from including negotiations relating to the payment of service fees to an employee organization by nonmembers thorough the automatic deduction of the service fees from the wages of nonmembers.
