Electricity Suppliers - Residential Supply Contracts - Consumer Protections

Synopsis:

Prohibiting automatic renewal clauses in residential electricity supply contracts under specified circumstances; providing that an early termination fee or penalty imposed under a residential supply contract must decrease by an equal amount each month; prohibiting an electricity supplier from refusing to provide service to a person because the person previously canceled a residential supply contract; etc.
