Broadband Service Providers - Universal Access - Time Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring specified broadband service providers that provide broadband service in a county to make the service available in all areas of the county by a specified date; requiring specified broadband service providers to make broadband service available in all areas of a political subdivision of the State by a specified date if the service is available to more than 50% of addresses in the political subdivision on October 1, 2011; etc.
