Synopsis:

Authorizing Baltimore County, by ordinance, to establish an alternative enforcement program for the issuance of civil parking citations for violations of specified restrictions on the stopping, standing, or parking of vehicles; requiring an ordinance adopted under the Act to provide for a specified judicial review in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County; requiring an ordinance adopted under the Act to require a specified notification to the Motor Vehicle Administration; etc.
