Real Property - Residential Property Owned by Bank or Investment Company - Required Maintenance

Synopsis:

Requiring a bank or investment company that owns residential property that has been foreclosed on and repossessed by the bank or investment company to secure and maintain the property according to specified standards; authorizing a local government to enact a local law that requires the bank or investment company to register, secure, and maintain the property located within the boundaries of the local government and subjects the bank or investment company to a civil penalty for failing to secure and maintain the property; etc.
