Public Health - State Anatomy Board and Practitioners - Disposition of Bodies

Synopsis:

Authorizing, under specified circumstances, a specified practitioner who has custody of a body to dispose of the body in any manner authorized by law and without a court order, or to notify the State Anatomy Board that the Board needs to take possession of the body; authorizing a practitioner or the Board to recover specified costs from an authorizing agent under specified circumstances; specifying that a practitioner or the Board is not liable for any action taken in accordance with the Act; etc.
