State Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors - Sunset Extension and Program Evaluation

Synopsis:

Continuing the State Board of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (sunset law) by extending to July 1, 2023 the termination provisions relating to the statutory and regulatory authority of the Board; requiring the Board to submit a report to specified committees of the General Assembly on or before October 1, 2012; etc.
