Task Force on Diminution Credits

Synopsis:

Establishing a Task Force on Diminution Credits; providing for the composition, chair, and staffing of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to review policies, procedures, laws, and national best practices in the area of diminution credits; requiring the Task Force to make recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2012; and terminating the Act at the end of June 30, 2013.
