Real Estate Settlements - Paying or Receiving Consideration - Penalties

Synopsis:

Providing that a person who violates a specified provision of law prohibiting paying or receiving consideration in connection with real estate settlements may be subject to disciplinary action; authorizing the appropriate licensing authority to take disciplinary actions against specified licensees; etc.
