Baltimore County - Wine Consumption - Restaurants and Clubs

Synopsis:

Allowing an individual in a restaurant or club for which any Class C alcoholic beverages license is issued in Baltimore County to consume under specified circumstances wine not purchased from the restaurant or club; authorizing a restaurant or club to charge an individual a fee; requiring a specified individual to dispose of or remove specified wine; etc.
