Baltimore City Public School System - Charter Management Organizations - Amendments to Collective Bargaining Agreements

Synopsis:

Authorizing in Baltimore City charter management organizations and the employees who work at specified public charter schools in Baltimore City to amend the provisions of an existing collective bargaining agreement if 80% or more of the employees at the particular public charter school approve the amendment; requiring the charter management organization to propose and present the amendments to the employees and to inform specified public school personnel of the amendments; etc.
