Transportation - Highway Construction Training and Supportive Services

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Highway Administration to use the maximum amount of specified federal funds available for a highway construction training program and supportive services, including skill improvement programs; requiring the Administration to submit a specified report by February 1 each year to specified committees of the General Assembly; providing for the contents of the report; etc.
